Scientific Network Management S.L. (SNM) is a privately owned company created in 2013 by Dr. Pascal Kahlem, which focuses on Grant Writing, Assessment, Training and Management of scientific research and innovation projects in Europe.
Our area of expertise is life sciences, systems biology, bioinformatics. We can also provide technical support in other domains.
As managing partner within a consortium, SNM provides a fully reliable management service with a very competitive budget compared to hiring a specific manager by the coordinator. We provide expertise, flexible personnel and can save costs by adjusting our contribution to the exact need of the project.
Since 2013, SNM has worked with more than 400 clients in 28 countries worldwide.
Dr. Kahlem was the Project manager of the ENFIN (http://www.enfin.org) network of excellence, in which I do participate. Pascal's performance on managing the scientific and logistics aspects of such a big scale project is remarkably efficient and fruitful. I contracted SNM in 2014 to support the writing of an ERASysAPP grant and an H2020 proposal. Pascal and his team provided expert knowledge over EC grant management. Their work and support has been highly reliable during all the writing process, including the consortium building, partners’ data collection, budget development, proposal writing and review, and timely submission. I will certainly contract his company again at the next opportunity.
I worked together with Pascal during the ProteomeXchange project. I can only highlight his good work, his high motivation to get things done properly and in time and his deep knowledge of all EU grants related stuff. He is definitely the "perfect" project manager of EU Consortia.
